    Poor service! Mum passed away 16 weeks ago, was cremated a week after it took 15 weeks to finally lay her in the garden. Continous phone calls were made, 3 times left msg and no call back, worst service ever received.

    Expansive memorial Park with a few narrow roadways which can be treacherous when there's double-parking involved. Has a nice ambience and feel to it, a few events throughout the year, and there is especially a huge turnout for All Saints/Souls Day for the Filipino congregation. The staff have been helpful in their dealings and organising our previous events.

    I did not bring my key to open the mausoleum, so I went to the office so they could give me a spare key or come and open up for me, but they would not. They gave me every excuse not to open. They even said if I would have bought the spot that would be different. I explained I did buy the burial spot and my name should be in the system. Still they declined opening up for me. Poor service, rude and no heart. Only interested in taking your money.
